System requirements

UltraVox XT 4 runs on Windows 10 Pro, 22H2, and Windows 11 Pro, 23H2 and 24H2. It is not designed for use with the Touch features of Windows.

• If you have a previous version of UltraVox XT 4, first de-install that version from Windows Apps > Installed apps .
• If you have UltraVox XT 3.x, version 4 does not replace your current version! You can install UltraVox XT 4 aside earlier versions.
• If you have UltraVox XT 3.x or earlier, this is not a free upgrade; you will need a license file before you can use the full version. To use the evaluation version, click Evaluate UltraVox XT in the start screen. Otherwise click Request License or contact your Sales representative to purchase an upgrade.

To install UltraVox XT

• We recommend to turn off the automatic updates for hardware device drivers. You should leave on the automatic updates for the rest of Windows.
• To install UltraVox XT, download the installation package, extract the contents on your PC and double-click the Setup.exe file.

To use UltraVox XT

• Open the sample experiment installed on your PC and see how call detection works.
• Download the UltraVox XT 4 Help (PDF format) for extensive information and the UltraVox XT 4 Quick Start Guide for how to create your first experiment. You can find both in the Documentation section.
