What is MyNoldus?

MyNoldus is your personalized customer portal, designed to support your work with Noldus software. It brings together everything you need in one place:

  • Software downloads and manuals
  • License and NoldusCare information
  • Support ticket submission
  • Exclusive learning content (including Noldus Academy, if your organization has NoldusCare)

Whether you're onboarding or already an experienced user, MyNoldus helps you work more efficiently and independently.

Who can access MyNoldus?

Access to MyNoldus is available to Noldus customers — including:

  • License owners, who manage the software licenses
  • Invited users, who are added to a license owner’s team

If you are known to Noldus (e.g., your organization uses Noldus software and your email address is registered), you can already log in to MyNoldus — but until you are invited by the license owner, you won’t be able to view downloads, licenses, or submit support tickets. To unlock these features, you’ll need to be added to your team by your license owner or team manager.

How to get full access

To gain full access to your organization's downloads, licenses, and support, simply ask your license owner or designated team manager to invite you. Once invited, you'll receive an email confirmation, and when you accept the invite the full portal functionality will be unlocked for your account. 

How to invite users 

As a license owner, you can invite colleagues to access the portal and assign permissions. Here’s how:

  1. Log in to MyNoldus
  2. Go to Your account in the top menu
  3. Select Your invites
  4. Choose an existing email from the dropdown or add a new email address
  5. Set the validity period for the invitation
  6. Select which licenses the invitee should have access to
  7. Click Send Invite 

The invited user will receive an email to activate their access.

Assigning a team administrator

As a license owner, you can delegate access management by assigning a team administrator. Team administrators have similar rights to the license owner: they can invite new users, assign license access, and help manage the team — making collaboration and onboarding easier.

To assign a team administrator:

  1. Go to Your account in the top menu
  2. Click on Team.
  3. Find the user you want to promote and click Make administrator.
  4. The selected team member will now be able to help you manage access to MyNoldus.

Requesting an invitation (for users)
