Sometimes a software license remains active on a computer that you can no longer access or use, for example:
When this happens, your license may show that it has reached its maximum number of activations, even though some of those installations are no longer in use. To make this easier, you can manage and deactivate your own licenses through the QLM (Quick License Manager) Customer Portal, without needing to contact Noldus support.
An SBLK license (Single Block License Key) is a type of software license that allows activation on a limited number of computers. For example, if your license allows three activations, you can install and activate the software on up to three computers. If you reach this limit, you’ll need to deactivate one of the existing installations before activating it on a new computer.
The QLM Portal (Quick License Manager Customer Portal) is an online self-service website where you can view and manage your software activations. Using this portal, you can:
Access the QLM Customer Portal: https://qlmlicenses.noldus.com/qlmcustomersite/default.aspx
Go to: https://qlmlicenses.noldus.com/qlmcustomersite/default.aspx

Once the license has been deactivated, it’s immediately available for activation on a new computer using the same activation key.
