This issue may occur when using Quality Assurance experiments, particularly after clicking within the GLP Log window or after clicking the Close button in the GLP Log window.

To resolve this issue, follow these steps:

  1. Open Windows Notepad and enter the following text:
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main\FeatureControl\FEATURE_USE_LEGACY_JSCRIPT]
"EthoVision.exe"=dword:00000001
  1. Save the file with a .reg extension (e.g., fix_jscript.reg) on the EthoVision XT computer.
  2. Double-click the file. Click OK in the confirmation message that appears.

TIP: Files with the .reg extension are often blocked by Windows and email servers. Avoid running REG files from network drives. If you need to share a REG file by email, first compress it into a ZIP archive.
