Description

Problems with opening/viewing recorded Sessions, playback of videos, exporting/deleting videos from a Session or importing videos into a Session.

When it occurs

When trying to replay a session or trying to extract data from a Session.

Required to solve

You must log in into Viso Viewer as a Technician to be able to edit a Location.

Solution

  1. Log in into Viso Viewer as a Technician.
  2. Open the Locations from the dashboard.
  3. Click the Edit Locations button.
  4. Unfold the Viso Recorder computer item and click on the pencil/Edit button in the row of the Location you want to change.

  5. In the Audio Device column, check that the correct audio source is selected for each camera.
  6. To select/change the audio source, click on the pencil/Edit button under Audio Device.
