Description
Problems with opening/viewing recorded Sessions, playback of videos, exporting/deleting videos from a Session or importing videos into a Session.
When it occurs
When trying to replay a session or trying to extract data from a Session.
Required to solve
You must log in into Viso Viewer as a Technician to be able to edit a Location.
Solution
- Log in into Viso Viewer as a Technician.
- Open the Locations from the dashboard.
- Click the Edit Locations button.
- Unfold the Viso Recorder computer item and click on the pencil/Edit button in the row of the Location you want to change.

- In the Audio Device column, check that the correct audio source is selected for each camera.
- To select/change the audio source, click on the pencil/Edit button under Audio Device.
