Viso Viewer cannot connect to Viso Services. This is probably because Viso Services is not running.

Required to solve
Administrator rights on the Viso Viewer PC so you can access Task manager to restart Viso Services.
Administrator rights on the Viso Viewer so you can access the FireWall settings to check that port 5672 is open for communication between Viso Viewer, Viso Services and Viso Recorder.
Solution 1 – Restart Viso Services
Close Viso Viewer.
Next, simultaneously press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open the Task manager.
In the Task manager, go to the Services menu and search for VisoServices.
Select VisoServices and click the Restart button in the tool bar.
Open Viso Viewer and log in.
Solution 2 – Allow communication through port 5672 of the Windows Firewall
Close Viso Viewer.
Open the Control Panel and choose System and Security > Windows Defender Firewall.
On the left side of the window, click Advanced Settings.
Click Inbound Rule and click New Rule in the Actions
In the New Inbound Rule Wizard window that opens, select Port and click Next.
Select TCP and enter 5672 in the Specific local ports field and click Next.
Click Allow the connection and click Next.
Select all networks and click Next.
Give the rule a name, for example Viso connection and click Finish.
Check in the Inbound Rules windows that this rule is set to Enabled.
Click Outbound Rule and click New Rule in the Actions pane. Repeat steps 5 to 8 for the outbound rule.
